Do you accept Walk- In clients ?

No, all appointments must be booked prior to your arrival. If you require a same day emergency appointment- please contact me.

Do you provide direct billing services?

No, at this time I do not provide direct billing to your insurance provider. I do however provide you a receipt that you can use for reimbursement from your insurance provider. All my RMT services are eligible to be covered by insurance providers.

Do you have parking available?

Yes, you may park in our lot at 37 Church Street Elora for the duration of your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and commitment to your wellness journey. To ensure the best possible service for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment time will be treated as a no-show.

  • No-Show Policy: Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the session fee.

  • Discretion of the RMT: Each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and charges will be at the discretion of the RMT.
